How to delete your account
You can ask us to delete your company account and its data at any time. Fill in the form on this page and our team will process the request.
- Fill in the form with your Corporate ID and registered contact details.
- Our team verifies the request with you on the registered mobile number or email.
- After verification, the account and its data are deleted and you get a confirmation.
Data that will be deleted
- Company account, Corporate ID and user logins
- Employee records, attendance, punches and shift data
- Leave, payroll and salary records
- Selfie / face and location data captured through the mobile app
- Device and settings data linked to the account
Data we may keep
- Payment and GST invoice records, for the period required by tax laws
- Records we must keep to meet a legal obligation or resolve a dispute
⚠This cannot be undone. Once deleted, the data cannot be recovered. Please download any reports you need before sending the request.
